Life at Westerfield House is designed around how you want it to be.
Your family and friends are welcome to visit you any time and enjoy a meal or a drink with you, or take part in our various activities and entertainment programmes. We also have guest bedrooms which can be used by family or friends who wish to stay overnight.
Our goal is to meet the physical, emotional and cultural needs of all our residents. Part of how we do this by providing regular entertainment, themed days and interesting daily social activities.
Our days out cover a large range of themes including boat trips, tours of stately homes and gardens, theatre visits, trips to the seaside and more.
Social activities within Westerfield House include exercise programmes, tea parties, poetry, bridge, concerts, music appreciation and film evenings which all take place in our multi-purpose function room. Baking and cooking activities are held in the residents’ kitchen. We also arrange various outdoor visits and social days.
Small Group Activities
We ensure residents feel comfortable taking part in as little or as many organised activities as they wish. Residents are also encouraged to gather in the various lounges for smaller group activities such as discussions, card games and literature appreciation.
Aestheticians, Hairstylists and Chiropodists will visit Westerfield House regularly to offer a range of beauty services and treatments. Other services will include dentist, optician, physiotherapist, and/or osteopath which can be organised on request.
